We also offer the possibility to request a custom watch by sending us your specifications and receiving a quote from us.

- Select the customization options you desire.
- Enter your shipping and billing details, choose a payment method from the accepted options, and confirm your order.

- Prices and Payments
The prices of our products are expressed in euros and include VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated. Prices are valid at the time of the order and may be subject to change without notice. The final price to be paid will be the one indicated in the order summary or the quote.
Payment must be made at the time of the order or acceptance of the quote. If payment is not received within the indicated term, the order or quote will be canceled, and the product will be put back on sale.
- Shipping and Deliveries
We ship our products throughout Italy via express courier. The shipping time varies depending on product availability, destination, and time of year. Given the meticulous craftsmanship required for producing the watches, delivery times are variable and indicated on the website.
Delivery is deemed completed when the product is made available to the user at the address indicated in the order or quote.
If the courier is unable to deliver the product within three attempts, it will return it to our warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. In this case, we may charge you additional shipping costs.
We ask you to check the product at the time of delivery and report any damage or anomalies to the courier. If you do not, you may lose the right of withdrawal, warranty, or complaint.
- Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to specify the reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a written communication to the email address info@exotime.it, indicating the order or quote number, the product you want to return, and your contact details.
We will send you an email with the return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the product. You must ship the product within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, at your expense and responsibility. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. You must also attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will receive the product and check it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is accepted, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method you used for the order or quote.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Warranty and Complaints All our products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity, as provided by the Consumer Code. The warranty applies only to conformity defects existing at the time of product delivery and manifesting within 24 months of delivery. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by improper, negligent, or abusive use of the product, unauthorized maintenance or repair, normal wear and tear, or other causes beyond our control.
To avail yourself of the warranty, you must report the conformity defect within two months of its discovery by sending us a written communication to the email address info@exotime.it, indicating the order or quote number, the defective product, and your contact details. We will send you an email with the warranty shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the product. You must ship the product within 14 days of the defect communication, at our expense and responsibility. The product must be returned in the original packaging. You must also attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will receive the product and check it to verify the conformity defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you one of the following solutions of your choice:
- The free repair of the product, if possible, within a reasonable time.
- The free replacement of the product with an identical or equivalent one, if available, within a reasonable time.
- The termination of the contract and a full refund of the price paid, if repair or replacement is not possible, excessively burdensome, or delayed.
We will inform you of the chosen solution and the expected implementation times. We will ship the repaired or replaced product to you or credit the reduced or refunded price using the same payment method you used for the order or quote.

- Liability EXOTIME is not liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use its website, products, or services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on its part.
EXOTIME is not liable for delays or non-delivery of products due to force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, customs blocks, government measures, or other causes beyond its control.
EXOTIME is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party websites linked to its website through links, banners, or other means. Accessing and using these websites is at your sole risk and responsibility.
