Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt, under the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must contact us at the email address info@exotime.it to request the return and receive instructions on how and where to ship the product.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and at your own risk.
- We do not accept returns of customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is accepted, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method you used for the order.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer you the option to repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us. You must report the issue within 30 days of discovery by sending us a written communication to the email address info@exotime.it, attaching a photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
